Karl & Diane Newmann
BIO
Karl Newmann came as Senior Pastor to Bayshore Friends in 1990 with his wife Diane and two kids, Jody and David. Karl had been pastor with Phoneix Friends Church for the previous four years and on staff for nine years earlier at Friendswood Friends primarily as youth pastor. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin University in 1977 after marrying Diane his senior year at Nacogdoches.
While on staff at Friendswood Friends, Karl earned his Master's Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and during his first decade at Bayshore, he earned his doctoral degree from the Houston Graduate School of Theology.
Karl relishes spending time of almost any sort with his family. He also loves seeing people grow closer to the Lord and gain victories in the personal battles of their lives. He is especially blessed to witness couples changing the future for their families by gaining strength together to become who they are designed to be in the fullness of the Lord.
